Social Recruiting 360 was established in January 2010 by Owner Justin Hillier. Justin has spent the last 9 years within the recruitment industry, 2.5 years as a recuitment consultant, 5 years at Seek in Sales, 1 year with TotalJobs UK as a Key Account Manager, and 15 months with Talent on View focusing on Social Media tools for recruitment.

Focusing on a range of aspects across Social Media, SR360’s main aim is to work with Australian companies on how to best to maximise Social Media to throughout the employee life cycle.

SR360 can advise on best practice of the ever growing Social Media-sphere, help you decipher what tools are suitable, and how to maximise their strengths. We are passionate about Social Media and the role it can play in a business. We are very active across many Social Media channels, so this isn’t all theory, its what we see and put in to practise ourselves.
