Justin has spent the last 9 years within the recruitment industry having spent 2.5 years as a recuitment consultant, 5 years at Seek in Sales, 1 year with TotalJobs UK as a Key Account Manager, and 15 months with Talent on View focusing on Social Media tools for recruitment.

Focusing on a range of aspects across Social Media, SR360’s main aim is to advise Australian companies on how best to maximise Social Media to enhance the whole candidate, employee life cycle.
