Online profile – Each user can have their own company profile displaying their photo, title, expertise, background and what they are working on. Only employees with a valid company email address can participate in your private company network. However we have the capabilities to allow guests to access the community (these can be set up by a community manager (Admin).
Forums and discussion boards – These can be either private, meaning restricted to those in your team or department or they can be open forums open to the whole community. Tribepad can be used to post status updates, ask questions, shares news, links, opinions, and information within your private company network.
Safe, private and secure – Your Tribepad account is password protected and safe from prying eyes. All Tribepad plans include SSL security at the same level as online banks. Tribepad is only accessible by employees with a valid company email address. Companies can add security restrictions by claiming their network. Certain information can be made available only for a select group so nobody else can access certain areas and data.
Project management, tasks and action plans – Tribepad has a project management and collaboration tool. It allows you to set and manage key projects using both inside and outside employees. You can track task progress on a group and individual basis. This is a great boost for productivity and encouraging increased accountability. It streamlines project communication and brings added structure to your organisation.
Customisation – Tribepad’s hosted, white label offering mirrors your brand together with your own site URL. Tribepad can also integrate with other enterprise applications and is highly scalable.
Knowledge base – Search for any topic to see who’s talking about it and what has been said. Great for getting new employees up to speed. Brilliant to feed company literature online for everyone to access (information can also be made available for individuals or groups in private areas).
